You are cordially invited to the 22nd Annual Prosser Scottish Fest on June 15, 2024.

We are the only Central Washington Celtic heritage event and are located in the center of Washington’s Yakima Valley Agricultural Bounty. While we attract over 1200 attendees this remains an un-tapped area for Scottish/Celtic heritage. Your partnership provides a friendly and unique in-sight into our heritage. We look forward to many more of you joining us and helping you grow your membership.

Please plan to participate in The Parade of Clans during our Welcoming Ceremony. Our Infamous Anvil Launch opens the Games with a distinctive explosion! Regional entertainers and pipe bands provide entertainment. Highland Heavy Games for men, women and youth, as well as the Highland Dance competition are well attended. Flashover Farm and MacPherson’s Highland Farm feature Highland Cattle, sheep shearing, and fiber artists. The Highland Market and Wee Bairns Tent provide food, shopping and fun activities.
Clans and Societies Registration

Email the Clans Chair (clans@prosserscottishfest.org) for 2024 information.

Please contact us if you have any questions or feedback.

We look forward to visiting with you this year!
Camping/Lodging

Dry, no hookup camping (on gravel) is available on site with access to flush facilities. You are welcome to sleep in your tent on field if needed.

The Prosser Chamber of Commerce suggests you book your off-field lodging as soon as possible.

Please contact the Prosser Chamber of Commerce at (509) 786-3177 for additional lodging and dining options, or Tour Prosser.
On The Field

You may set up Friday from 1-7 PM. Be warned it may be windy so strong tents with weights are advised.

Please plan on eating at our informal pot luck Ceilidh on Friday evening (about 6 PM) to welcome the clans, entertainers, vendors, and volunteers.

If you will not arrive until Saturday morning, please be aware that the field closes to vehicles at 7:45 AM.

We ask that you be ready in the Clan Gathering area by 9:30 AM.

You may set-up until then but you must carry your gear in unless you let us know ahead of time so that we can have a volunteer available to assist you.

You may begin breakdown at 5:30 PM but no vehicles will be allowed on field until after 6:00 PM.

We look forward to your visit and meeting friends new and old.
